What are my payment options?

We support payment by Credit Card, Debit Card, and STRIPE for our recurring monthly and annual subscription plans. Credit and Debit Card payments are processed by STRIPE and fully SSL-encrypted.

How do I cancel my subscription plan?

For users paying by credit card – monthly plans can be cancelled by visiting the “My Subscriptions” page, and selecting the “Cancel Subscription” option next to the relevant subscription.

How do I view my current subscriptions?

The “My Subscriptions” page lists currently active and recently cancelled subscriptions in greater detail.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

No, we have a FREE version of WebAuditr that should give you a good idea what WebAuditr is about before you upgrade to a paid subscription plan.

How often am I being billed?

Our recurring subscription is using a billing schedule that bills you after your subscription renews. This means that in some cases, you can cancel your subscription, but you still need to pay for the current month.

Example

After you create your WebAuditr account, your account billing date is permanently set on the day of your first purchase. Let’s say your first purchase was on January 5th. From that day forward, WebAuditr marked the 5th day of each month as the charge date for any recurring subscriptions you purchase in the future.

Past-due balances

When a balance is “past-due,” it means we’ve tried to charge your payment option, but it didn’t work. We’ll keep retrying, and if it continues to fail the subscription will eventually be cancelled.

To pay a past-due balance immediately, sign into your Services & subscription page, select Pay now for the subscription, and follow the instructions.

Pending balances

“Pending” means that your subscription recurred according to its terms, but we haven’t tried to charge your payment option yet.

What can I do if the transaction failed?

You can contact your bank or card issuer to find out the specific reason the transaction was declined. There will be several attempts from our side to make the transaction, so if the question will be resolved with your bank, the transaction will be processed automatically in a week.

Entering new or old credit card data in the Billing info tab will initiate a payment process without any delay.

If you need personal assistance with the failed transaction, you can always reach out to us at [email protected] and a team member will be happy to help you.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards via PayPal

Can I pay with American Express Cards (AMEX)?

Yes, STRIPE accepts American Express

Can I stop my subscription part way through my billing period?

Yes, you can cancel your membership plan at any time via the View Profile option. You will retain your membership until your current billing period expires, and it then won’t renew automatically.

Is there a minimum commitment?

There is no contract or long term obligation. You have the option to pay monthly, or annually – depending on your selection, each plan will be billed accordingly and if you cancel you will not be billed again.

How secure are your payments?

All payments are processed through STRIPE

STRIPE uses industry-leading technology (such as SSL) to keep your information safe. Stripe automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

I have a problem with payment

These problems are rare, but you may receive a notification from PayPal when you fill in the form if there is a problem with verifying your credit card information.

The most common verification problem is where there is a mismatch of addresses for the credit card as described in the next question. If you have other problems, please contact us and we will look into it straight away.
